"I cannot praise enough. I went from a 127 scaled score
on the MBE to a 145 and was able to pass the Maryland Bar Examination. I am now able to practice in my resident state of Maryland as well as waive into other jurisdictions such as the District of Columbia!"

"I received above average scores on all the Multi State (MEE) essays. materials illuminated the points of law that were most frequently tested. The materials are very compact, and having three toddlers, I really needed to save time."

"I couldn't believe I didn't pass the bar the first time I took it. I had done everything the review course told me to do. I used for my second attempt and I passed!! Also, my multistate score went from 123 (scaled) to 149 (scaled). I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about passing the bar."

"I got a 118 scaled multistate score the first time I took the bar. This time, I passed AND I got a scaled score of 140! totally did the trick."

" made all the difference for me. The materials are so clear that I approached the exam with a confidence I had not had the first time. There were tons of examples, and they were not the same old stories from law school. They were fresh, funny and very helpful. I really felt like I had an edge over the people sitting around me on test day. I was nervous before the results came out, but not at all surprised that I passed."

"I knew, having not taken a Bar Exam in 26 years, (and having been unsuccessful twice before) that both my ability to recall all of the needed information and write essays that sufficiently demonstrated my knowledge was going to be very tough. materials were much easier and more comprehensive than the traditional choices offered and gave me the confidence I needed to bring it all together and pass on my first try."

“I dreaded taking the Maryland bar again, but really changed my approach and I could feel the difference. I knew the style the examiners were looking for and the issues were easier to spot. I passed and got a 133 on the multistate, so I am waiving into the DC bar as well. Best of all, I will not have to study for the bar again!"

"I passed Maryland and New Jersey! Having taken the bar four times, I really needed a new approach. really clarified a lot of legal concepts for me and showed me what the examiners were looking for. I wish I had it the first time I took the bar."

"My MBE score went up over 20 points from the first time that I took the exam and I scored high enough to be admitted to the DC Bar by waiver. materials really crystallized the information for me. Property and Evidence have never been clearer! By the time I took the exam, I felt as though Evidence was actually the easiest subject on the exam. In my opinion, it was the active style of learning which made the difference for me. It was not that I was just familiar with the law, but I had committed it to memory and understood it."

“Better materials for preparing for the multistate
just don't exist. Period. [] short question-and-answer method
is far superior to the outline method of studying. An outline
method requires you to memorize the entire structure of
the outline, whereas the question-and-answer method breaks
the material down into smaller bites, which are easier to
memorize and retrieve. This is also superior to the flash-card
method, because the questions are not random but are organized
into comprehensible blocks which build on each other to
create a larger picture.
“In addition to being
easier to remember, the questions improve a student's speed
at taking the exam. Each multistate question is designed
to test a specific question of law. Because the student
has been studying [] questions of law and memorizing the answers,
the answer springs to mind immediately. When I took the
exam, I was able to take a twenty-minute break in the middle
of the first half, and still finished with twenty minutes
to spare – and I scored very highly! I believe these
materials made the difference between passing and failing
for me, and I strongly recommend that anyone taking the
bar should study with [] materials in order to achieve the goal.”

“I scored a 136 on my multistate portion - a 21 point
gain in my score over the first try! To say that I recommend
your program is an understatement – I would say it
is required for second-time takers.”

“I earned my law degree in Ukraine and had very little exposure to American law prior to the bar exam. materials made the multistate subjects very clear. The questions were organized in a logical manner and the examples really helped to make the answers vivid and clear. I passed New York and Virginia! I recommend these materials to anyone, especially those who earned their law degrees overseas.”

“When I first sat for the New York and Massachusetts
exams in the summer of 1998, I received a raw score of 96
on the MBE. When I sat for the exams in February of 1999,
I received a scaled MBE score of 142 (my raw score improved
by 29 points!) I believe that my success on these bar exams
was because I followed your strategy. A key part of your
approach was the study materials you developed. These materials
made me focus on how to articulate the law and how to avoid
confusing one concept with another. This greatly improved
my ability to cut to the issue in MBE questions. I am sure
that this also made my essays clearer and easier to read,
and worth more points.”

|

“I have nothing but the highest praise for the excellent
methodology you have developed for bar study. You have synthesized
the most relevant material succinctly and efficiently to
allow students maximum focus on key points of law that have
been tested time and again. I found this approach far more
productive than reading and re-reading the unwieldy review
books published by the well-known bar review companies.
I am convinced that your materials made all the difference
in my approach to studying for the bar and the ease with
which I was able to grasp concepts (such as contracts, which
seems clear even now).”

“ got me barred in Maryland! The Multistate materials gave me an understanding of the law that I never had before - I wish I had them in law school! The Maryland state materials gave me a real feeling of confidence, even with subjects like secured transactions and commercial paper.”

"I really felt in control when I took the essay portion of the Maryland bar exam. Whether it was a subject tested on the multistate like evidence, or a Maryland topic like corporations, I never felt at a loss for what to write. The definitions from were at my fingertips when I needed them. This is the way bar review should be!"

" gave me what I didn't have on my previous attempts - a solid foundation of legal principles. The substantive materials cleared up a lot of things that I didn't really understand in law school, especially contracts and property. Once I had the law down cold, everything else fell into place. "

“In my opinion, the traditional review courses inundate you with too much unnecessary information forcing you to memorize trivial facts, instead of focusing in on key concepts. It is simply not possible to memorize the amount of material supplied by BarBri or PMBR. Believe me, I tried my first time while preparing for the Virginia Exam.
is unique, because while it covers topics that appear on the essays and the MBE, the program specifically concentrates on the key topics and sub-topics that have repeatedly appeared on the exam. With short question-and-answer format, you memorize everything you need to be prepared for exam day without overwhelming yourself! is a must for repeat takers!”

“The question and answer method of approaching various
concepts covered on the Bar replaced my former approach,
which was rote memorization of facts. I internalized the
information in a way that I never did while attending the
Bar/Bri lectures.
“It became exciting to read bar questions and to
know the answers because I had understood the concepts.
As my anxiety level decreased, my scores from sample tests
increased. My comfort with the bar material ultimately resulted
in a passing score on the Virginia Bar!”

“[]
is effective because it stresses memorization, active learning
(with the question and answer format), and repetition. Your
organization tracking sheets really assisted me in assessing
my progress throughout the bar examination preparation period
and in evaluating my personal strengths and weaknesses on
the multistate.
“When I was taking the examination, your materials
popped into mind, as I was answering various essay questions
and multistate questions. Your materials provided a net
of information that I could readily rely upon and quickly
turn to, in my mind, during the examination.”

“
materials are great because they don't just teach elements
of the law that you need to understand for the Bar. They
go one step further, using real world examples of legal
principles that are easy to understand and remember. In
addition, the materials help to explain why people are often
drawn to the wrong answers, and why they are wrong, in a
way that teaches you to learn from your mistakes. By the
time I was finished, I had a better understanding of some
concepts than I did when I passed the New York bar exam
four years ago.”

“The written materials that you provided were appropriately
comprehensive so that I learned enough material to pass
the exam. Perhaps more importantly, however, they were not
so detailed as to be overwhelming. In my previous, unsuccessful
attempt I failed to digest the large amount of material
offered by a traditional preparatory course.
“The amount of time I had to spend preparing for the
DC bar was limited and precious. Thus it was critical that
I had not only the right volume of study material, but that
the material was precisely targeted to the task at hand.
Indeed, many of the questions I saw on both the essay and
multiple choice sections of the exam were the same questions,
posed in the same format, that I had prepared for by studying
your materials.”

“I relied on no other bar preparation materials other
than
materials for the MBE examination. I found Mr. Sullivan's
greatest strengths to be not only his ability to condense
voluminous material into manageable study guides, but also
to clearly explain legal principles, at first, complex and
confusing. From Mr. Sullivan's vast experience of preparing
bar examinees, he has produced bar preparation materials
which I believe anyone could use to improve dramatically
his or her score on the MBE and thus pass the bar examination.
“Not only did I pass the bar exam, but I scored high
enough to submit an application without examination to the
District of Columbia. This means that my MBE score improved
by at least 15 points from the first time I sat for the
bar!”

“I PASSED the Illinois bar exam! Additionally, I found
out I achieved the necessary 133 on the MBE to waive in

that is all the NCBE told me. I get sworn in May 8th.”

“I never thought that I would pass the hardest bar
in the country. The California bar exam and its 38% passage
rate just seemed so unattainable. After struggling with
it on two occasions, I was depressed, disillusioned, overwhelmed
and really burned out. I had spent a lot of time and money
preparing for the bar using the techniques that I had learned
from other national bar review courses and their "one
size fits all, kitchen sink technique" was getting
me nowhere. Then I switched to . The techniques and concepts laid
out in
materials were very easy to follow and comprehend. They
focus on the key elements of the law and showed me the writing
style that the bar examiners like. I went into the February
2001 exam feeling very confident. I passed! This means my
raw score must have improved by at least 146 points! The
materials were worth every penny.”
